Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the product arrives in a damaged state.  If this is the case, you must provide photos and an email to beautifullifeatelier@gmail.com within 48 hours of the delivery of the package.  If replacement of the item is not possible due to material shortages, etc...you will receive a refund for the damaged item(s).
